Cancellation Policy

  1. Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments online up to 12 hours before the appointment time. To do so, please use the link provided in your appointment confirmation email or through your client dashboard.
  2. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 12-hour window, please contact the clinic immediately by phone or email.
  3. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment time will attract a $40 cancellation fee.
  4. Clients who do not show up for their appointments without any prior notification will be charged the full appointment amount.
  5. The clinic may make discretionary allowances for cancellations due to emergencies or illness on a case-by-case basis.
  6. Rescheduling your appointment more than 12 hours before the appointment time is free of charge.

When you make an appointment, the clinic space is held for you exclusively. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment. Your cooperation helps us maintain a smooth schedule and serve all our clients effectively.
